They tend make themselves a part of their own environment, masters of terraforming and able extremophiles.

Plasma based life forms that most often live in the magnetospheres of large celestial bodies.
Though they have also been found to naturally occur in mineral rich asteroid fields and even electrically charged atmospheres.
